Lesson Topic 1: Introductions & Sessions Overview.

Participants in this workshop will discuss the entrepreneurial lifestyle, work/life balance, time management, and playing the long game. They will engage in a self-awareness activity to explore their motivations for becoming entrepreneurs. The conversation highlights the need for effective time management skills, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals, and recognizing the challenges of balancing personal and professional lives.

Meet the Expert Facilitator

Fantanesh Attomsa

Fantanesh Attomsa is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Doula with over 15 years of experience in health and human services. Her passion for wellness and self-care led her to expand her knowledge in alternative health and holistic healing. She offers various massage techniques and hydrotherapy options to promote inclusivity and representation in her practice. Fantanesh believes in the interdependency of mind, body, and spirit and strives to create a healing experience that engages all the senses. She promotes awareness of one’s health and wellness journey by teaching and cultivating self-care practices. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her children and taking advantage of the natural beauty of Nova Scotia.
