General Information

I am an epidemiologist who provides leadership, and scientific and strategic direction to the Gov of PEI on matters related to health data, health surveillance, and health research. I am also an adjunct faculty member at Dalhousie University and an independent consultant focused on research and evaluation of health and social initiatives. My research, volunteer, and advisory work focus on addressing health inequities, social determinants of health, knowledge mobilization, and public engagement. Over the years, I have received multiple scholarships and awards in recognition of both my academic and community work, including a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
