Tim Fray, a French Canadian by birth but comes from a Caribbean heritage with entrepreneur parents. His career took on many turns including a pro music career in the 80's and 90's but the business world was always calling him. Initially pursuing a conventional career in a business degree, he then went on to get life experience working in his mothers business and then onto a hospitality career at CARA and SIR Corp opening and running multiple hospitality venues. As a visionary strategist in the startup and franchising arena since the 1990s, Tim Fray has been working through his parent company Hospes Group Inc. founded in 2007. After spending a few years as an executive in large companies, his mission is to organize and manage branded licenses for multiple black-led brands. Today Tim is faced with the most dramatic socio-economic situation, the lack of black generational wealth. He has decided to transition his role as a strategic consultant for major corporations and consult with black-led businesses specifically with SaaS startups, which meets the needs of the current market. At the same time, the activation of Executives PowerUp Corporation, which is a division of Hospes Group Inc. specialize in brand ownership, brand licensing. and consulting on brand advertising and marketing.His challenge is to transform the relationships between the black community, ideas, concepts, solutions, practices and trends into thought and strategic action, for SMEs and startups.
