The Foundations for Inclusive Mentorship: Hybrid Workshop
In this session join us in person or online and explore the foundations for building an inclusive mentorship relationship. The session will be facilitated by Coach Raia Carey who advises major corporations on their approach to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Raia will discuss the key principles of building an inclusive mentor/mentee relationship and the current state of the Canadian ecosystem as it relates to EDI (and recommendations for improving it!). The goal is to ignite purposeful and necessary discussion. Food and refreshments will be offered for those joining in person.

As MindFrame Connect’s EDI Consultant, Coach Carey supports the development of the program’s curriculum, along with co-facilitating workshops on Inclusive Mentorship. She brings to the program a unique and empowering perspective on mindset and resilience, and has partnered with a variety of notable brands in the past including Move the Dial, Nike and Loblaws to name a few.
