    They say if you do not ask you will never know the answer. So, as I continue to build my ideal business solution. I will open this discussion with the topic of “the impact of reward systems”. What are your thoughts, whether it is from the perspective of a business work environment or a business to consumer perspective.

    Also, do you find this lacking in smaller businesses communities compared to larger scale multi chain companies? 🧐
