From the Ground Up: Black Start-Up Project Orientation

August 23, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm ADT

Free
Learn everything you need to know about Tribe Network’s upcoming 12-week Start program and network with Black entrepreneurs across Atlantic.

What’s next for the Black Start-Up Project? We’re hosting a Black Start-Up Project orientation session for all registrants to share what we learned on the roadshow, introduce registrants to the first 12-week Start stream program, and offer participants the chance to network with other Black entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada. We’ll also be joined by marketing guru and community leader, Ross Simmons, for a fireside chat to learn more about his entrepreneurial journey.

This event is in-person and facilitated by Amoye Henry and Peta-Ann Leon, two incredible Black women entrepreneurs travelling to be with us from Toronto. Last year, Pitch Better researched and launched the first-ever report on the state of Black women entrepreneurs in Canada.

Catered snacks during our networking mixer are provided by the award-winning Halifax Charcuterie company!
