Lesson Topic 3: Life Management

In this online workshop on Life Management, we will explore the 5 key areas of life management and how spiritual health is intertwined with all aspects of our lives. We will focus on Emotional + Spiritual Health as the first area, discussing the importance of emotional awareness, expression and control for managing stress and building better relationships. We will also examine how spirituality can provide a sense of purpose, hope and comfort during challenging times. Finally, we will explore meditation as a powerful tool to cultivate emotional and spiritual health, improving self-awareness, reducing stress and anxiety, and gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. By practicing emotional awareness and expression and incorporating meditation into our daily routine, we can enhance our overall well-being and lead a more fulfilling life.
